    Why Methodus exists

    Every head bartender, every chef, every F&B director runs into the same wall: hundreds of recipes in someone's head, a battered notebook nobody else can read, and a new hire who needs to learn everything by Friday service.

    Methodus exists because I lived it. Behind the bar I watched recipes walk out the door every time someone quit. At the pass I saw plate costs guessed instead of measured. In hotel F&B offices I watched directors try to certify multilingual teams across kitchen, bar, and floor with PDFs nobody read.

    So I built the tool I wished I had — one that captures any recipe by voice in 35 seconds (cocktail, dish, wine, or service standard), formats it into a professional spec sheet, costs it honestly, and proves every team member knows every spec with timestamped certifications.

Every feature is designed from the perspective of someone who's worked the pass, run the bar, audited the cellar, and certified the floor team.
