1. Service Description

methodus provides a beverage program intelligence platform for recipe documentation, team training, and certification. The service is available at methodus.bar as a web application.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or organization may maintain multiple workspaces.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on methodus — recipes, spec sheets, training materials, and certifications. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export all your data at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the platform, use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to access other users' data, or resell the service without authorization.

5. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time — there is no lock-in. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days to allow export. After 30 days, your workspace data is deleted.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance via email. We are not liable for data loss, though we maintain regular backups.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
