Negroni
Equal-parts Italian aperitivo — Campari, sweet vermouth and London dry gin, stirred down over cracked ice and served over a single large rock.
Ingredients
Method
Combine Campari, gin and vermouth in a mixing glass over cracked ice.
Stir gently until properly diluted and chilled.
Strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with flamed orange peel.
Chef tip: flame peel over glass for citrus oil aromatics.
